Whitaker wants the company to maintain the family atmosphere. Many of the employees are local and have been with the company 10 years or more. Over time the employees have evolved from brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers that are all working for Whitaker. Brett’s wife, Kathy Whitaker, is the company controller. She supervises an efficient and pleasant office environment.
